I have the previous 10-piece cooking set from Italic, which is fantastic, and I ordered this because I needed an extra pan. It is still the same extremely high quality, but it has more weight to it due to the increased cladding. Highly recommend, this pan is fantastic.

Fantastic stainless steel pan

As someone who cooks frequently and has used several frying pans, I gave up on stainless steel a while back. Seeing that this pan was made with several layers was quite encouraging. It’s not nonstick but using a good amount of oil helps and it’s an easy clean when you soak first with water and use a stainless steel cleaner. There will be minor scratches but nothing that affects performance. It’s my new favorite pan and would also make a great gift!

Nothing to say apart from that these are super high quality. Just a well built stainless steel pan, definitely on par with my demeyeres.

Just a really excellent pan

I’ve been a cast iron only cook for so long but this pan is perfect. Easy clean up, decently light weight and the heat proof handle is 5/5

Came with a few tiny dings and scratches, but overall seems like a well made pan
