...because the jacket is just right in so many ways. The fit is flattering with darts to provide a bit of shape, but it is not constricting nor shapeless. It’s not too heavy or bulky, making it perfect for spring or more frequent use in milder winters. I’ll get a lot of use with trips frequently to the Pacific Northwest and my home base in Texas. 

The fit is fairly true to size, perhaps a bit on the larger side (but not unreasonably so) in the XXL. I normally wear an L/XL, but since this doesn’t stretch and looser fit for throwing on over layers or workout wear is the goal, I am glad I went up. 

Oh and one more thing. Pockets! Yes, the pockets! They are ample, functional, zipable, and spacious. 

Goldilocks would approve

I was a little worried about the size given that sometimes I wear an extra large or an extra extra large as I have broad shoulders and wear a 40DDD.  The extra large fets just like a glove. If I wanted a little bit more space to add layers I may go up besides but I'm very happy with my purchase and the overall quality. 

Perfect!

I bought the same jacket in Black last year and liked it so much that I had to order the mauve color. Surprisingly warm considering it's very lightweight. They cut on it is good. I'm pretty curvy and it works okay.

Perfect piece! 

Minima and great style for a rain jacket. The material isn’t too thin so it can be a little warm for summer days but it’s perfect for light layering in spring or fall. The jacket gets wrinkled from the dryer but it’s held up well in the washing machine.

While I’d love to have more pockets, the two pockets are spacious enough to hold a few things. In addition to the pocket flap, there’s also pocket zippers to water proof your belongings on a rainy day.

Great packable basic

This is a very good quality jacket, waterproof and very light which make it easy to carry around. If you want to layer up, consider choosing one size bigger, it's a bit baggy but allow you to wear something thick inside.

Good quality and versatile 

I was imagining more of a soft shell jacket when I ordered this, but it's more of a true windbreaker. The fabric is slightly crunchy, but it's still flexible and comfortable and quiet, and I bet would be a great barrier for rain and wind. I love the fit of it-- It's really flattering. I am about 5'3" and 140ish pounds, and I took a medium. I love it as a lightweight layer for spring.

I'm so glad I found this before spending $200 on another site! It looks and feels like premium quality and reminds me why I love Italic every time I wear it. 

An absolute steal!

This is a very nice lightweight jacket, perfect for Spring.  The lining, hidden zipped pockets, materials are all high quality. I like the way it fits and the color as well.

It’s in the details 

The pictures for this jacket is very accurate. It is on the boxy side and I don't love how the hoodie strings fall, but it's a good quality rain jacket. Note that it's not very thick, but is the perfect transition piece. 

Solid Windbreaker

Repels water well. Pockets kinda seem backwards, but overall great quality for the price. I’m 5’7” 135 and ordered size small.

Light windbreaker 

It’s a nice day jacket. Overall shape and material is really nice. Areas of improvement would be the adding more pockets and making sure the hoodie string has a stopper that prevents it from coming out. 

Warm and nice quality  

Too boxy for my taste, but very light weight!
