We've been using this as our main knife in the kitchen for the last few months, and it's been great. Super reliable and pretty light as well!

I use this knife for cooking everyday!

These are excellent knives. Nicely designed, good weight, and very, very sharp. My wife sliced her finger twice using these not realizing how much sharper they are than our regular knives. Great for slicing vegetables and meat. For the price, you can't beat them. Just be careful.

Super sharp!

This is such a well made knife and not having a separate handle is one of my favorite parts. It’s a perfect weight that sits well in your hand, and I find it to work well with meat and my fruits and veggies, even tomatoes with the tender skin.

Solid “All-Purpose” Knife

I cook all the time, and my very very nice knives were an investment piece. However: I’m also a tired single parent, and sometimes I want to cut up an apple and then throw the knife in the dishwasher without worrying that I'm throwing a mortgage payment down the drain. This is the knife you need for just that purpose. 

The best!

I have weak hands, and always felt it was a struggle to cut up produce or meat. It turns out I was using knives that simply weren't sharp enough! I sliced my finger once, and readjusted the way I was cutting up food. No more hacking away, it's so much easier now. The size is perfect for slicing everything.

Sharpest Knife In My Knife Stand

It is a fantastic price and super sharp. I have some fancy older Japanese knives which are cool and stuff, but at the end of the day, I just want sharp knives I don’t have to get all neurotic about caring for. This is a big big winner in my book.

I like the quality and styling of this knife.  I was about to dispose of a mushy tomato and decided I should see if my new knife could produce a couple of slices.  It did - without mushing the tomato.

The knife is a bit bendier than I would like but the metal seems to be high quality

A little bendy

I’ve been using this knife as my all purpose primary knife and it’s awesome. It’s actually too sharp - slightest graze against the skin and I have a cut….happened three times already!  A knife doing too good of a job! I took a star off though due to weight. It feels slightly heavier if comparing to the fancy knives (as the website does) but works just as well. 

Super sharp knife all purpose knife 

Lightweight but not cheap. Quality forge. I do wish the grip wasn't a smooth aluminum so it would have some give, and wouldn't hurt my hand to cut into very hard vegetables. Regardless excited to use every knife in the set! 

Feels good in your hands

Decent everyday knife. Sharp but doesn’t have.. The hand feel of a global or other designer knife.
