Woven in a traditional crisscross pattern — percale sheets are highly breathable and lightweight, so they don’t trap heat. They’re also moisture-wicking making them the ideal option for hot sleepers. 

Percale weave.

As cotton fiber’s staple length increases, so will the softness. Longer fiber length results in fewer exposed fiber ends and a smoother surface. That means that your bedding will only get softer with time (instead of pilling or tearing).

After testing out various bedding, we find a 400 thread count to be the magic number. The tightly woven combed cotton creates a cozy-feeling bed sheet that’s soft and breathable, making it perfect all year round.

This set is just what I was looking for to replace a similarly embroidered set that had seen much better days. This set feels really high quality. The button closure is sturdy but well-concealed and I appreciate the corner ties to hold the duvet in place. I also really wanted shams with a flange and these look great with some extra fluffy queen pillows stuffed inside. The material is crisp so I wouldn’t recommend it if you want something really cuddly, but these feel like 5 star hotel linens.

I have the light blue sheet set, and this crisp white with navy accents goes perfectly with it and the navy blue chunky knit weighted blanket.  Love it~!

Very Crisp and luxurious feeling. On par with duvet sets almost 2x the cost of what I was able to get it here. Highly reocmmend set for affordable duvet. Looks amazing with the crisp white and the embroidered blue accent. 

Very nice duvet set

Wow, I love having a duvet cover. It's really comfortable and good for the weather as it's starting to get cold. It's never too hot or heavy, though. It also almost acts like it's weighted, because somehow it keeps me from rolling around and doesn't get too messy (makes it easy to make the bed in the morning!). It may need to be ironed but I don't mind, plus I think the look is elegant enough as is (see pic for wrinkles + how nice that trim looks)

I can't rave enough about these covers. My major complaint is that the price went up drastically, and I don't understand their new pricing model. I got these for $75.

Great duvet cover, comfortable cotton, breathes well, so far good in summer and as we get to colder months. High quality, maybe needs ironing for a really crisp look after the wash.

Cool to the touch so this would do nicelyduring warmer climates. It elevates the look of my bedroom. I have received compliments from guests. The pillow cases are what I love the most.

Best Preppy Duvet.

I bought the duvet and down comforter as a set and it’s great for the winter. The duvet is also very elegant and the quality is excellent even after several washes.

Plush, soft feel and happiness in a bed. Tons of feather fill and packed well in an oversized box.

Washes well, relatively thick material, not super wrinkly.  I’ve washed this several times and have not had any issues.  Queen size is accurate.  Only con is it is out of stock and I want to repurchase!

Certainly fits the bill of being a substitute for a high-end basic style duvet cover. We replaced our duvet from CB2, and didn't notice any quality difference. 

Wonderful crisp duvet cover

I waited to review these sheets until I had used them for some time. They have maintained their crispness (with ironing) while feeling soft to the touch and even after being slept in for 4 nights still present beautifully.  Highly recommend oxygen bleach for all whites and gentle wash cycles.

Truly glorious bedding.  4 stars for pricing going up so much on all of Italic's bedding over the past year.  They used to be a real "steal" now they are priced less than the top end but in line with others on sale. 

Pristine percale on a cool summer night 

Love the duvet cover, and in the in-between months it stays on my bed without a blanket inside, acting as a heavy sheet of sorts. My main issue is how easily it wrinkles. Even when I wash and dry by itself, it’s difficult to achieve that crisp look without breaking out the iron/ clothes steamer. Going to try spraying with Downy wrinkle release and see if that helps.

I’ve been looking for decent sheets with this style for awhile. This set is beautiful. The blue is brighter than expected. The fabric is quite scratchy after only 1 wash, but hoping it’ll get much softer with subsequent washes like my brooklinen luxe sheets did. The embroidery doesn’t perfectly match up sometimes (3rd picture), but not too noticeable. The button closure of the duvet is excellent quality and hides the buttons well (pictured), and sturdy corner ties. Nice deep pillow pockets too.

A bit scratchy, but good quality and very aesthetic 

Nothing special about it, in hindsight I would probably go for something cheaper from another outlet. That being said nothing wrong with it either
